- hold off 미루다, 보류하다
Let's hold off on that decision until next week.

- hold up(누군가를 늦게만들 때) 지체 / 지연시키다. (명사로도 쓰임) 견디다.
Sorry I'm late. I got held up at work.
I got held up in traffic. What's the hold-up?
How are you holding up? (안부는 물을 겸)

- hold on (hold on to 계속 보관하다. 보유하다)

- hold against 원망하다, 나쁘에게 생각하다.
